Universal Fees & Transaction Policies

The following fees and policies apply across the applicable card tiers:

  • Crypto to USD Conversion: A tiered fee structure applies for converting cryptocurrency to USD, based on a real-time 1:1 exchange rate.

    • Up to 5,000U: 1.5% fee.

    • 5,000U - 500,000U: 1.25% fee.

    • Above 500,000U: 1.0% fee.

  • International Remittance: A standard fee of 10.00U per transaction applies to Lite, Standard, Premium+, and Virtual cards. VIP and Black cardholders should contact customer service for details.

  • Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transfer: A fee of 5.00U is charged per transaction, with a transaction limit of 5,000U and a minimum transfer amount of 100U.

  • ATM Cash Withdrawal: A fee comprising a percentage plus a flat rate is charged per withdrawal.

    • Lite & Standard: 2.8% + 5.00.

    • Premium+ & VIP: 2.6% + 5.00.

    • Virtual: 2.8% (though ATM withdrawal is not applicable).

  • Third-Party Payment Gateway Top-up: A fee of 3% is charged for each top-up transaction via a third-party gateway.

  • Daily Top-up Limit: Unlimited across all card types.
