The Hundred Mines Plan

This sector is about consolidating rare mineral resources to forge a foundation of value. The core direction is to focus on scarce mineral resources, actively acquiring and integrating premium global mineral assets (such as coal, lithium, gold) to form an organic combination of physical assets and financial products. Key initiatives include:

  • Resource Acquisition and Integration: Implementing the "Hundred Mines Plan", expanding from the current 23 mines to nearly 100. This involves a focus on field exploration and acquisition of resources like Mongolian coal and lithium mines.

  • Mining Rights Equivalence Mechanism : Linking physical mineral assets with MES electronic shares to achieve value binding, ensuring that mineral profits provide stable asset backing and dividend sources for the platform.

  • Green Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development: Promoting environmentally friendly standards in mineral extraction to ensure that resource development and ecological protection go hand in hand, enhancing the platform's social responsibility and international credibility. MES has secured approvals for a power plant for a computing center in Mongolia and a mining development license in Mongolia, and references a PwC investment value assessment report from 2020. The Shivee Ovoo coal deposit in Mongolia is also highlighted.
